Maybe you can recognize it in the movie The Auberge Espagnol.
A former theater transformed in a crazy venue for party people from all the places.
Spanish music, evergreens, rock, house, commercial. A bit of everything.
Once it was my favourite place, now it's been a long since last time I went there. Need to come back one of these days.
I've been hanging out at this place for long, as erasmus student. Here you will find people from all the places just arrived in Barcelona having a good sangria or beer.
It's really close to Las Ramblas.
Don't make noise in the street or bouncers will get a bit upset!!
A pure bohemian style bar, where you can taste a good (and appearently original) absinth (in many countries is forbidden!!!)
Don't be scared by the dirty surrounding and don't forget to put water in your absinth or your burn your throat!
Different halls with different music, but it's definitely a HipHop lovers place. Even if you aren't so kean on this style (like me...) you will definitely enjoy the party atmosphere and dancing battles that may take place...
A good place close to the beach and olympic harbour area.
Quite big, it plays techno music and R&B and it's fashion furnished. Preferred by spanish people but you can find people from all the places.
There can be quite a long queue.
5 places in one. Rock and Techno halls are themselves larger than most of the places in Barcelona, and incredibly crowded. Other rooms play commercial. No dress code at all is required, and is full of people of all ages (a lot of teens, eramsus and university students, and older guys as well),
For sure is the best place where to have a wild night dancing and sweating untill the morning.
Don't be scared about the queue at the entrance, it's very quick!
An historical venue in the Aribau area. A mixture of rock, 80s, 90s, spanish and house music. People of all ages (definitely not for teens!) having fun.
A lot of queue at the entrance, if you get there at the wrong time. My suggestion is to get a little earlier (before 1 am) and enjoy live music with a coktail before the party really starts.Better to wear a shirt, and not to be too unkept.
Located in fashion Aribau area, packed with lots of venues, it's a very popular club for nicely dressed people from Barcelona (so don't think about entering with a t-shirt on unless you are the owner of the place...)
Lots of beautiful girls around dancing on last disco vibes and evergreen house music... especially in winter time, when seaside nightlife moves to the city center.
May be too crowded some times but is definitely one of my favourite places when I want to put my good dress on and chase girls...
Perfect if you are enough to afford a table in the privè area.
Not easy to find (I've passed in front of it hundreds of times before I found it)... it's a vintage-furnished flat at the second floor in Pl.za Reial where you can have a drink or two till late nite... It'a former pipe smokers club; now its relaxing and charming atmosphere attracts international and local students, bohemiens and idlers from all countries...
